Steven LeBoeuf, President & CEO PhD EE, North Carolina State University
LeBoeuf has filed over 30 patents on optoelectronic technologies and sensor systems and has raised and managed over $3MM in product development programs for General Electric and Valencell. LeBoeuf led the successful development and field validation of GE Security’s optoelectronic biological “smoke detector” for commercial and consumer applications. LeBoeuf currently leads Valencell’s NSF and NIH SBIR programs and is spearheading business development.

Dr. Jesse Tucker, CTO PhD EE, George Mason University
Dr. Tucker has 10 years experience in wireless electronics prototyping and product development. At Young Technologies, he developed, field-tested, and marketed new wireless modems for commercial applications. During his 5 years at GE Global Research, Dr. Tucker developed new solid-state devices for power electronics and microelectronic sensors. At Valencell, he now leads Healthset® product development and manufacturing.

Michael Aumer, COO PhD EE, North Carolina State University M.S. Tech. Man., Johns Hopkins University
While at NCSU, Aumer developed first-in-class solid state materials for advanced optoelectronics. During his 6 years at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, he developed numerous cutting-edge solid state technologies, demonstrated new software models for predicting experimental outcomes, and raised funding for several innovative programs. At Valencell, Aumer leads Healthset® algorithm development and manages general operations. |
