May 29, 2013: DR. CHRIS ESCHBACH, DIRECTOR OF EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY AT VALENCELL, TO PRESENT AT ACSM'S WORLD CONGRESS ON EXERCISE IS MEDICINE

Research conducted at Valencell Inc. examining the “Applicability of an Earbud Based Biometric Sensor for Measuring Cadence and Heart Rate During Cycling” has been accepted for presentation at the 60th Annual Meeting and 4th World Congress on Exercise is Medicine of the American College of Sports Medicine being held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, May 28- June 1, 2013.  The research abstract will be published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, Volume 45:5 Supplement. The actual presentation will take place Wednesday May 29, 2013 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM, session number B-26 and presented by Chris Eschbach, PhD Valencell’s Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Trials Coordinator.  The research abstract can currently be viewed here: PerformTek cycling heart rate and cadence validation.
