Valencell, Inc. is an early stage Raleigh-based technology company that develops and licenses proprietary hardware and software for mobile health and fitness monitoring applications in eHealth markets.
Self-seeded in September 2006, Valencell was founded with the long-term goal of enabling individuals to make healthier choices for their unique lifestyles, alleviating exponentially growing cost pressures within the healthcare industry. To date, Valencell has won over $800,000 in grants, filed over 10 foundational patents, and is completing a beta test this Summer 2008 at the Duke Center for Living.
